Kab Speed Strobe
The KAB SpeedStrobe was designed to replace and improve upon older strobe designs that relied on power line frequency. We also wanted something that was easier to use and included the ability to actually measure small amounts of error. Not just a go - no - go - test.
The KAB SpeedStrobe features a quartz locked illuminator with 99.99% accuracy. And since it is battery operated, it works everywhere. No need for 50 or 60 Hz versions. The Disc is silk screen printed on durable 20 mil PVC.
Instead of hypnotic bars, the KAB SpeedStrobe features the actual speed numbers. In use, the desired speed is read directly from the disc. no searching for the right band. Covers 16.66, 33.33, 45, 70.59 - 90 RPM. By timing the drift of the display over one minute, accuracy can be measured to 0.03%.

Thank you for purchasing the Battery Power Supply (BPS) for your 12V turntable motor. Please take a moment to read the following important information:
BATTERY CHARGING INFORMATION
Included with the Battery Power Supply (BPS ) is an Automatic Charger for its internal 12V SLA batteries. It is a “wall-wart” style charger that plugs into your 120Vac, 60Hz power outlet (North American power only!), and the cable from the charger plugs into the mating jack on the back of the BPS.
NOTE: You should keep the charger plugged into the 120Vac power outlet and charger cable plugged into the BPS at all times. It is best to plug the charger into an outlet that you can easily view (to see the charger's LED color status). If you leave the charger cable plugged into the BPS, the charger should be plugged into a live AC receptacle. If it is not, the battery will slowly discharge through the charger's internal resistance.
The back of the BPS contains a simple two-position toggle switch. When the switch is in the UP position, the BPS is ON and only running off of the 12V SLA battery (the blue LED on the front should be ON).
When the switch is in the DOWN position, a red LED on the charger indicates that battery charging is taking place. At the end of the charge cycle, a green LED on the charger indicates the battery is fully charged and is being maintained (float charging).
NOTE: It is completely normal to leave the charger plugged into the BPS when it is finished charging (green LED). The charger will float charge (maintain) the battery, which is highly recommended before turning ON the BPS again for your next listening session.
CHARGING HABITS
The 12V SLA battery used in the BPS DOES NOT like to be fully discharged before recharging. It is recommended that you do NOT leave it ON longer than 24 hours between full battery charges. Charging takes overnight or less (depending on how long the BPS was ON for).
NOTE: It is important that you implement careful charging habits in order to get the maximum life out of the battery. When you are finished listening, flip the toggle switch down to CHARGE mode. Also, you do NOT have to wait for the battery to discharge before recharging.
WARRANTY INFORMATION
The BPS comes with a 1-year warranty (parts and labor included). The batteries are not included in this warranty because we have no way of determining if they were properly used (i.e., if the directions above were properly followed).
*** NOTE: Opening the enclosure will void this warranty!

Ultra Vivid cleans and de-statics DVDs, SACDs, and CDs. It removes any release film from the disc and has an optical enhancer that renders the plastic transparent so the laser can correctly read the information on the disc. This means you see and hear what was recorded instead of the error correction system's interpretation of it. Note : Ultra Vivid is safe for regular SACDs. Do not use on SACDs that have a gold external tint.
Walker Audio E-SST and SST Super Silver Treatment - While developing SST – Super Silver Treatment, we tested many types of conducting substances and carrier fluids. We chose an ultra-pure, thin, long micron-sized silver flake suspended in an organic fluid for its dielectric characteristics and excellent sound. We believe E-SST/SST are vastly superior compared to any contact treatment on the market today.
Most contact treatments on the market are either cleaners or lubricants. They are not conductive. E-SST/SST is highly conductive and must be applied with care according to directions.
E-SST/SST will dramatically improve the sound and/or video of any system. The highs will be more extended, cleaner, clearer and better focused. The mid-range will be more transparent with more articulation and detail, yet without harshness or glare. The bass will be stronger, tighter, and quicker. The soundstage will take on a more natural presence. With video systems, the sound improvement will be matched by the improvements to the video. Look for a cleaner, more three-dimensional picture.
